Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day, where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping We're happy to ship internationally to select countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@mercyluxe.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
